Illustrative solution patterns
What we design, described in full
These are the agentic AI and platform patterns we build. Each page sets out the challenge, the approach, the technologies, the security and governance controls, and the outcome we would expect.
Grounded knowledge assistant
An assistant that answers staff questions from your approved documents, cites its sources, and declines when the corpus does not cover the question.
Read the full write-upDocument intake and extraction
Structured data extracted from inbound documents, with confidence surfaced and a person confirming before anything is committed.
Read the full write-upAutomated compliance checking
Submissions checked against a written rule set, with every finding citing its clause and a competent person confirming the outcome.
Read the full write-upService desk triage and resolution
Inbound requests classified, enriched and routed, with straightforward cases resolved from approved guidance and the rest escalated with context.
Read the full write-upOperations dashboard on governed data
A single operational view built on agreed metric definitions, with visible freshness and drill-through to source records.
Read the full write-upSystem integration layer
Reliable data movement between line-of-business systems, with versioned contracts and reconciliation so failures surface.
Read the full write-upIncremental legacy modernisation
Replacing a system that cannot be switched off, one capability at a time, with every step independently reversible.

Describe what you are trying to solve. We will tell you which of these comes closest, how it would differ, and whether it is worth building at all.
Discuss your projectWhy we label everything
Because it is the easiest claim on a website to check
Presenting a design as a customer deployment is both misleading and trivially disprovable. Every entry above therefore states what it is before it states what it does, and no page on this site quotes a result we cannot substantiate. When we do have client work to publish, it will appear with the client's written agreement and describe the engagement accurately — including what did not go to plan.
Want one of these built?
Point us at the closest pattern and tell us how your situation differs. That is usually enough for us to say whether a bounded proof of concept is the right next step.
