Privacy notice

1. Who this notice covers

This notice applies to personal data collected through this website. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of a client under a services agreement — in that situation the client determines how the data is used, and their own privacy notice applies.

2. What we collect

Nothing, through this website. There is no enquiry form, no sign-up, no comment field and no account — the site has no way to submit data to us and no database behind it.

You reach us by email or WhatsApp, using your own mail client or messaging app. What we then hold is whatever you chose to put in that message, held in the inbox or chat it arrived in, exactly as with any correspondence you initiate.

We ask that you do not send confidential or special-category information in a first message. If your enquiry involves sensitive material, tell us and we will arrange a secure route before you send anything.

3. Why we use it

To read, assess and reply to your enquiry, and to hold the resulting correspondence about a potential or actual engagement. That is the only purpose. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not build a profile of you.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party tracking scripts. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes we will introduce a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookie is set, and update this notice.

5. Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request information — including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for operational and security purposes, under their own retention schedule. Separately, when an enquiry is submitted we write an application log entry containing the submission time, a partially masked email address, the optional organisation, service, timeline and budget selections, and a masked IP address. Your name and the body of your message are deliberately excluded from that log.

6. Who else processes it

We keep third parties to the minimum the service requires:

• Our hosting provider, which runs this website and produces the server logs described above.
• Our transactional email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
• Our email provider, where the resulting correspondence is held.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is needed for the business relationship, and reviewed periodically. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is retained for the period required by the agreement and by our record-keeping obligations. Your enquiry is not stored in a database on this website.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to delete it where we have no continuing need to keep it. You may also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We operate from Singapore and handle personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. Where a client engagement brings other data protection regimes into scope, the applicable obligations are addressed in the engagement agreement.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a strict Content-Security-Policy, and standard browser protection headers. Enquiry submissions are validated on the server and rate-limited. Credentials for third-party services are held in environment configuration and never in source control. 10. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here rather than made silently.
