Accessibility statement

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat accessibility as an acceptance criterion for our own work and for the systems we build for clients, not as a remediation project after launch.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML throughout: landmarks, one h1 per page and a heading structure that follows the content rather than the visual design.
• A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element on every page.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, with the indicator colour adjusted on dark sections so it stays visible.
• Full keyboard operation, including the navigation dropdowns and the mobile menu, which close on Escape and return focus to the control that opened them.
• Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels for navigation, buttons and form controls.
• Text and interface colour combinations checked against WCAG contrast ratios, verified automatically in our test suite rather than by eye.
• Form fields with visible, persistent labels; errors announced in a live region and associated with their field, so they are conveyed by text and not by colour alone.
• Motion limited to short entrance transitions and nine muted, looping background videos, in the home page, Agentic AI, Industries, Solutions, Delivery approach, About us, Why choose us, FAQs and Trust and governance page heroes. Two of the nine are drawn rather than filmed. All of it stops when your device requests reduced motion, and each video then holds on a still frame rather than disappearing. The videos carry no sound and convey nothing the surrounding text does not. There is no parallax anywhere on the site.
• Diagrams built from real text rather than images, so they scale with your font size, can be selected and translated, and are read in a sensible order.
• Content that legitimately exceeds the viewport — comparison tables — scrolls within its own container, so the page itself never scrolls sideways.
• Layouts that reflow to a single column without loss of content or function, and that support text scaling and zoom.

How we test

Automated accessibility testing runs against every page in our continuous integration pipeline on every change, so a regression fails the build rather than reaching production. Automated tools catch only part of what matters, so we also test keyboard-only operation, check heading and landmark structure, and verify behaviour with reduced-motion and text-scaling preferences applied.

Known limitations

Three things are worth stating openly:

• The nine hero background videos do not meet success criterion 2.2.2, Pause, Stop, Hide (Level A). Each starts on its own, runs for eight to ten seconds and loops, and we have deliberately not put a pause control on them — a media button in the hero works against the design. Setting reduced motion in your operating system or browser stops them, and the page is fully usable with them running, but that preference is not the mechanism the criterion asks for. We would rather record this plainly than claim a conformance level we do not meet.
• We have not commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit of this website. Our conformance claim rests on our own testing, and we would rather say that than imply external validation we do not have.

If you encounter a barrier on this website, please tell us at [email protected]. Describing the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using helps us reproduce it quickly. We will acknowledge your report within one business day, tell you what we have found, and give you a date for the fix.

Accessibility in the work we deliver

For client projects, accessibility conformance review against WCAG 2.2 AA is a stated deliverable, with automated checks in the delivery pipeline and remediation notes handed over. Our delivery approach sets out where in the process that happens, and our quality assurance commitments describe how it is verified.
