Services

What we deliver, and how it is organised

Twelve services grouped into six areas. Each group page answers the same six questions in the same order — the problems it addresses, what it includes, what you receive, what changes, the technologies involved, and how to engage us — so you can compare them properly instead of reading marketing copy twice.

Where to start

  • You know the problem

Go straight to the service group that fits, or tell us the problem and we will point you at the right one.

  • You know AI should help but not where

A fixed-fee discovery sprint assesses candidate use cases and recommends which to pursue, defer or drop.

  • You have a system nobody owns

Managed services begins with a handover assessment and an honest report on the system's condition.

Six service groups

Agentic AI and Automation

AI agents, assistants and automated workflows that carry out real work inside your systems, with human approval at the points that matter.

  • Agentic AI solutions
  • Business process automation
  • AI chatbots and knowledge management

Typical outcomes

  • Routine document and data work is completed by a system that shows its working, with staff reviewing rather than producing
  • Answers to recurring internal questions become consistent and traceable to an approved source
  • Process steps that previously waited on a person's inbox proceed automatically, with exceptions flagged
Discovery sprintProof of conceptFixed-scope delivery

Application Development

Secure, maintainable web and mobile applications — new builds, AI-enabled products, and the modernisation of systems that have become risky to change.

  • AI-powered application development
  • Custom web and mobile applications
  • Legacy application modernisation

Typical outcomes

  • A process that previously depended on individual discipline is enforced by the system
  • Changes ship in days rather than release cycles, because the test suite makes them safe
  • The codebase can be handed to your team or another supplier without a rewrite
Discovery sprintFixed-scope deliveryDedicated capacity

Cloud and Infrastructure

Cloud architecture, migration and system integration — designed for the cost, resilience and compliance position you actually need.

  • Cloud architecture and migration
  • System integration and APIs
  • Infrastructure automation and DevOps

Typical outcomes

  • Environments can be rebuilt from source rather than remembered
  • Deployment stops being an event that requires a specific person to be online
  • Data moves between systems once, automatically, with discrepancies reported

Data and Analytics

Dashboards, reporting and data foundations that make operational reality visible — and make your organisation ready for AI.

  • Data analytics and dashboards
  • Data platform and engineering
  • Data governance and AI readiness

Typical outcomes

  • One agreed figure per measure, with a definition anyone can look up
  • Reporting refreshes on a schedule instead of consuming days of manual assembly
  • Data problems surface as alerts rather than as questions in a management meeting
Discovery sprintFixed-scope deliveryDedicated capacity

Cybersecurity and Compliance

Security engineering, assurance and compliance support — including the controls specific to AI systems.

  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Compliance and assurance
  • Secure-by-design engineering

Typical outcomes

  • Findings arrive ranked by exploitability and impact, with a remediation sequence you can resource
  • Access can be evidenced from source rather than reconstructed from memory
  • Secrets live in a managed store with rotation, and stop appearing in repositories
Discovery sprintFixed-scope deliveryManaged service

Managed Services and Support

Advisory, managed IT and application support — the long-term accountability that keeps a delivered system healthy.

  • Managed IT services
  • Application maintenance and technical support
  • IT consulting and digital transformation

Typical outcomes

  • Someone is accountable for the system between releases, not only during them
  • Security patches are applied on a schedule instead of after an incident
  • Faults are detected by monitoring before users report them

Engagement models

How work is structured commercially

The same five shapes apply across every service, so comparing services does not mean re-learning the commercial terms.

Discovery sprintTypically 1–2 weeks, fixed fee
A short, bounded piece of work that turns a broad ambition into a defined problem, a recommended approach and a costed plan. You keep the outputs whether or not we build the solution.
Proof of conceptTypically 3–6 weeks, fixed scope
A working implementation against your real data and constraints, built to answer a specific feasibility question before a larger commitment is made.
Fixed-scope deliveryDefined outcome, milestone-based
An agreed scope, acceptance criteria and milestone schedule. Change is handled through a written change process rather than absorbed silently.
Dedicated capacityMonthly, rolling
An agreed number of specialist days per month against a prioritised backlog you control. Suited to programmes where scope evolves faster than it can be specified.
Managed serviceOngoing, agreed response targets
Continuing operation, monitoring, patching and improvement of a system we or another supplier built, under response and resolution targets agreed in writing.
These are indicative ranges to help you judge whether we are in the right bracket before you invest time in a conversation. They are not quotations. A firm, costed proposal comes out of a fixed-fee discovery sprint, and its price is agreed before that sprint starts.

Indicative pricing

What engagements typically cost

Published because you should be able to tell whether we are in the right bracket without booking a call. Ranges rather than a price list, because the scope genuinely drives the number.

Indicative price range for each engagement model, with the factors that move it
EngagementIndicative rangeWhat moves it
Discovery sprintTypically 1–2 weeks, fixed feeS$8,000 – S$18,000Number of processes examined, how many teams are involved, and whether existing systems need technical assessment.
Proof of conceptTypically 3–6 weeks, fixed scopeS$25,000 – S$60,000How much of your data has to be prepared, how many systems the prototype must reach, and how demanding the accuracy threshold is.
Fixed-scope deliveryDefined outcome, milestone-basedFrom S$60,000; most first builds fall between S$80,000 and S$250,000Scope, number of integrations, non-functional requirements such as availability and recovery, and the governance evidence your organisation requires.

Three representative engagements

Knowledge assistant for one department

Discovery, a proof of concept against your document corpus, then a production assistant with cited answers, permission-aware retrieval and an evaluation suite.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the problem rather than the solution. We will tell you which service group fits, whether a product you buy would do the job better, and what a bounded first step would cost.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day.
