1. About these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. They govern the website only. Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.

2. Information on this site is not advice

The content here describes our services and how we approach technical work. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation, and should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without a conversation about your specific circumstances.

3. How to read our solutions pages

This matters more than most website terms, so we state it plainly. Every entry in our solutions section is an illustrative solution pattern: a design we would build, with no delivery history. Any outcome described for one is design intent, explicitly labelled as such, and is not a measurement, a projection, or a promise of a result. Nothing in that section was commissioned by a client or is a customer deployment.

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we have delivered a named client engagement, hold a certification, or achieved a quantified business outcome. Where we can substantiate something, we say where to check it. See our solutions and what we do not claim.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Our service descriptions set out what we do and what you receive. They do not guarantee a business result, a cost saving, or a performance level. Outcomes depend on your data, systems, processes and decisions as much as on our work. Any commitment about service levels, availability or delivery dates exists only where it is written into a signed agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to us, except where third-party components are used under their own licences. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation and internal use. You may not republish our content as your own, or use it to represent your own capabilities.

Where we carry out work for a client, ownership of the deliverables is set out in that engagement agreement. Our normal position is that source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation belong to the client.

6. External links

We link to third-party resources from time to time, and such links open in a new tab. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any site we do not control.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Content may be updated or removed at any time.

8. Enquiries you send us

Please do not send confidential, privileged or special-category information in a first message; we will arrange a secure route for anything sensitive. An enquiry does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed. How we handle the personal data in your enquiry is set out in our privacy notice.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site or its infrastructure, gain unauthorised access, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use it to distribute unlawful material. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from work we carry out for you is addressed in the engagement agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
